Why is Riot determined not to buff armor?

Because overall damage and CDR are the problem, along with conq, lethality and MPen. AKA what other users already pointed out. Several times.

Buffing armor does not solve % damage or flat True dmg either.

And it doesn't matter how much it is analyzed. It doesn't matter how much sugestions pop-up in your head. If Riot wants to keep League like North Korea it is gonna be kept like North Korea.

So you only have 2 options: You either cross the border or you strive with what you have.

I'm confused why people think it needs to be buffed. I keep seeing people say riot needs to buff armor but they haven't actually given an argument yet. I could say buff armor because scarecrows and I'm accomplishing just as much on this front.

Because armor is fine its not armor that needs a buff its magic resist
