I want the option to vote kick someone in lobby

Take my current game as an example. our first pick takes jungle as is his right to do. Our third pick goes on a tirade about how he wanted jungle (even though he didnt say anything) locks in another jungler with clairvoyance. And now he is currently feeding the enemy team on purpose. Dont give me the bullshit aboutit being abusable. The current system allows players to be held hostage...thats unaceptable.

I would accept this only in Ranked Solo Queue as a group of 4 in Draft or Normals could just kick everyone that they didn't like.
