Do u guys think u should only get S for winning?

I don't mind if it's just a Play of the Game like Overwatch's. This is a rating. Like the MVP in LCS... when was the last time they gave an MVP to a losing team? NEVER. S should go to the team that won? Just because Riot does not have the 'tools' to determine which player contribute the most... doesn't mean it should contrive these 'imagined' parameters to compare to those who played the same champ in other games etc... FFS, At least let us VOTE for the MVP and think of ways to prevent abuse of the Vote?

S should go to the MVP of the game if there are any. Short and simple.

I stayed back, played safely, killed some and got an S- for a game I lost. I don't want to get an S in these situations. While it's obvious that their Blitzcrank single-handedly pulled accurately and destroyed our entire team but he didn't get no S.. because u know, it's Blitz.

You might as well titled this post DOWN VOTE THIS...because thats basically what you are asking for.

Getting a S grade is not the game saying you were the MVP in the game. Its saying that compared to other users using that champ in that role you preformed at the top tier.

I just had a S game earlier with Voli where my team lost the game.......simply because your team lost does not mean you do not deserve the S grade if you preformed well enough to get it.

I'd be pretty pissed if I played awesome and didn't get S just because of one bad baron or dragon fight. Its pretty easy for one of those to go south real quick based on plenty of things outside of your control. It really isnt all that hard to have a game with 2 deadlocked teams end in ~30 seconds after one of those fights.

Wait, so if I am the only hope of my team because I managed to get fed, but because one of my teammates disconnect we do not have enough people to keep the lanes from being taken when I am 1v3ing, then I should not get a S PURELY because I did not win?!

To put it bluntly, THAT IS A TERRIBLE IDEA.

I don't think so. Riot is just objectively comparing your score to other people who've played that champion in that role. Just score. Just you. You can still have a god-tier game and yet lose because of a team error that you may or may not have caused. Decision-making is almost impossible to gauge, so the scores alone are taken into account.

I didn't care for the S when I lost the game. Sucks to be me I guess.
