this build is purely to use the threat of a very fast robot pull, to trick your enemies into thinking you will strike

step1 activate W and run at the enemy, do not hook step2 when W expires, pretend you will run away, turn on them an activate to scare them, do not hook step3 pretend you will run away, activate after ghostblade expires, run at the enemy, do not hook step4 pretend you will run away, activate after talisman expires, run at the enemy, do not hook

repeat ad infinitum

_O P T I O N A L S T E P _ activate when near a turret to make your enemy scared of impending dive

Blitz can zone people to all hell simply by walking at them, he doesn't even need to be sporting a speed boost. Using speed boosts will scare them more sure, but I don't think it'd actually provide any additionally useful zoning (this is assuming zoning is your goal and not actually grabbing). Maybe you might get some panic flashes from those with twitchy fingers, but that probably all you could hope for.

While thats probably mostly a joke build, most of them are viable items on blitz though, so playing the psychological game with speed boosts is certainly a thing.

I think this might work better for your goal: item 3158 item 3069 item 2045 item 3800 item 3025 item 3742

Might be a little less of a speed boost, but you'd have the full cooldown and constant speed boost from full Dead Man's and then the E + Iceborne + Dead Man's would be quite the slapperino to whoever you nab. Plus this build would keep you tankier for your team
