While this is true, that would not be thematically fitting. He is a melee carry and even his lore dictates that, as he is a samurai.
However, such skills would be really good on a new champion that could be an actual support, peharps an Yasuo disciple in the lore.

Those champions actually have good potential to be bot laners, but having an actual marksman is better for late game teamfights and to take down towers (due to range) that's why melee carries never become meta at bot lane, but if you are sure you can stomp and end the game as soon as possible you can play them without issues.
If you are low elo it is even better as people often lack skill and communication there to actually deal with them.

And i was saying, THOSE guys were on the enemy team, and i have vsed them.
They destroyed us early-mid game, but we beat them late game, due to our ADC's having better poke and able to take down towers.
Those champs though with their utility, are pretty damn broken together, they can chain CC you, poke, or get out of there like zed n thresh, with no problem.

And it's smart, too, against a Caitlyn or Jhin, since they use mostly skill shots.
However, like any matchup, the ADC skills get off cooldown before Yasuo's wind wall, and people who don't initially get tilted by his wind wall chunk him down when his wind wall is unavailable.
