Months ago he was deemed useless because he couldn't instantly stun anymore. Millions of threads made every day and Riot doesn't revert it. Months later people actually learn how to play the game and anticipate their opponents and now Veigar is OP again wtf.

Also, she's a problem in higher elos as well as lower elos. She has a very high play rate (and good win rate) in Diamond+ games.

Hell even if you have ridiculous movespeed you're gonna get hit hard before you reach her, then she stealths and you better hope you spent money for

What constant nerfs? The 3 AD in PBE that ends up being a buff in lategame. Before that, all that Vayne has received is buffs. If you're there to straight up lie, that's just stupid.

Vayne is weaker in proplay than she is in soloQ. In proplay, people work more together to shut her down, to land the right CC whenever it's possible. In a chaotic space such as soloQ, she thrives. Vayne IS a soloQ champion and not a team champion. Her great duelling potential, and the stealth mechanic makes her completely working better in outplaying uncoordinated players.

notice the staggeringly large list of champions who can punt a little veigar with ease, every single one of you is complaining from a 5v5 team perspective, when in reality you bully the crap out of him throughout the early/mid game and his late game is non existant because he fed you so rediculously hard.
i can not help you if your mid laner wanted to play passive farm against him, wouldn't land skill shots and outright kill him, would push the wave and prevented ganks for your team, and overall chose not to target veigar right off the bat, and now you're punished with his late game 5v5 who got all the free farm in the world, nothing i can do for you at that point, its no different than a free farmed nasus, except instead of taking your nexus turrets, veigar kills your carries.
(what does veigar do when a level 2 twitch/eve suddenly shows up in his lane, and is attacking him, he flashes, what happens when you try it a minute later when you hide in the brush? he dies. hes tower hugger? freeze the wave and now he misses 100% of farm or outright dies again)
(what does veigar do when hecarim TP's and charges him from a ward somewhere else, oh look, his .5s stun isn't even down yet, despite being perfectly placed, veigar is already feared and is dieing to getting his face smashed in)
(what does veigar do when vi ults him? NOTHING!, he dies!)
i can go on forever about all the ways to put down a veigar, and they all start with you going in first.

Rather, AD characters have been dominating and armor penetration is super strong, so people stack tons and tons of armor, often neglecting MR. Veigar thrives in a low MR environment.

I've beaten veigar as AP blitz before, land a hook and he doesn't have time to react because he is to squishy to last .5 seconds to heavy burst

someone like Maokai does the job well, disruptive as fuck and has untargeteability to phase through his walls.
You can even CC chain with a Vi ult, Malphite ult combo then delete him with your Assassin.

They have also repeatedly buffed his q and now they buffed the ap generation of his q passive. They also lowered his cooldowns on his w and e. He was too weak after the change, but he's been buffed 4 or 5 times since. This last set of buffs put him over the top.
