Nahui1 votesLulu's wave clear isn't quite her issue. Since Q only deals damage once, unlike say Zed and shadow Q, her wave clear will stay about the same. It's her extreme utility combined with high base values that make her lane oppressive.

With this she has to wait for the minions to get bundled together, before she could cast E com say the third minion and then Q the entire wave.
Abyssphere1 votesThis seems like it'd be a bit much. You can nerf solo lane Lulu without gutting her - the ratio nerf on Whimsy is a good example of that.
