The MS soft cap is going to make things more or less the same.

PrometheS1 votesYou're wrong even if it's not the raw numbers. I think you still get 80% past 415 until ~480. It's a huge change and will be enormous for coordinated teams. I'd rank it above Ocean if that goes through.
