Yep. You can get legacy skins, or even the Ultimate skins! The Ultimate skins in case you don't know are: DJ Sona, Pulsefire Ezreal, and Spirit Guard Udyr.

But not event exclusive skins from what I understand. Like PAX TwistedFate. I think.

I think pax tf is the only skin that is completely unattainable. Like you can get every other skin from the random chest but that one.
