Warwick New Ultimate "Abuse"- Healing and Dash Range
Warwick leaps 2.5 seconds worth of movement speed in a direction, suppressing the first champion he collides with for 1.5 seconds. Deals 175/350/525 (+x) magic damage and applies on-hit effects 3 times. Warwick heals for 100% of all damage he deals during Infinite Duress.
Check out this beauty! This is the Blood Hunter's new ultimate. Now, the damage and on-hit effect is nice (and big for this thread), but the main things we shall focus on are the Movement Speed Scaling and the 100% Damage Dealt Dealing. One very crucial note to make is the specification that Warwick heals for 100% of ALL damage dealt during Infinite Duress. That means not just to his target, but ALL damage he deals during this time. So, to get some things out of the way:
Zz'Rot Portal
Warwick will heal for 100% of the damage dealt by his Zz'Rot Portal minions during this time. This is especially more relevant now that Zz'Rot minions deal effectively 4x damage to towers at Level 18. While it is only for the 1.5 seconds of Infinite Duress, it can save you. However, this isn't the focus here.
The main focus here is that this does not specify any reductions towards AoE damage or minions, meaning that there a few items that Warwick can especially abuse if his target is clumped up near other enemies.
Titanic Hydra
The Hydra Line is ripe for Warwick's picking. First, Titanic Hydra. This item gives him an on-hit effect to proc with his R and will proc 3 times during it. This means that Warwick will be dealing and healing for damage equal to 15 plus 3% maximum health + an extra 40 plus 2.5% maximum health for every enemy hit by the AoE cleave. So, say 3 other enemies are hit by the three cleaves of Titanic Hydra. That is 360 plus 22.5% maximum health healing from those three extra targets. Of course, this is before reductions, but the numbers still look insane!
Ravenous Hydra
This will heal Warwick for 100% of the cleave damage dealt PLUS the amount of damage the cleave from Ravenous would NORMALLY heal him from his own Life Steal. If Warwick can get the perfect ultimate, THIS IS A LOT OF HEALING! No need to get into numbers here, it's just a lot of healing.
Sunfire Cape
Sounds weird right? However, this will help Warwick during his ultimate by healing him for all the damage dealt by it. Individually per target, that's not a lot, but if at least 2 other enemies are nearby, we easily get into triple digits. That's pretty great in my eyes!
Statikk Shiv
Probably the least attractive here, but it is definitely worth mentioning. If multiple enemies are nearby, this can heal Warwick for up to 250-600 health (plus an additional amount if those targets are minions) instantly. As said, if minions are nearby, we can probably get this into the quadruple digits of burst healing, which is an insane turn around in a duel!
Thornmail
BE CAREFUL ATTACKING WARWICK DURING INFINITE DURESS, MIGHT END UP HEALING THE GUY! Ok, but down to earth, this is only moderately good, more good if minions are nearby to automatically basic attack you. This effectively acts as healing that scales off the enemy's damage and your own armor, making it more as damage reduction than healing. However, when this stacks with new Warwick's W, he might turn himself into a Galio and heal off of some forms of damage.
Now for the movement speed abuse. What do I mean? Well, new Warwick's ultimate range scales off of his movement speed and, for those that don't know, your movement speed is your units traveled per second. So, to make this simple, Warwick's ultimate range is equal to 250% of your movement speed. Pretty funny compilations of Warwick jumping from one side of the map to the other in unrealistic set ups aside, this can be made to be pretty EXTREME even normally. Note: This is all calculated before movement speed soft caps, so these items will add a little less than what is said here. Still cool though.
Boots of Mobility
Pretty obvious here. Effectively increases the range of Warwick's ultimate by 287.5 units while he is out of combat, which is pretty great.
Deadman's Plate
Gives Warwick up to 60 flat movement speed, so that's 150 extra range on his ultimate. Not insane, but it's pretty good.
Righteous Glory
This will give Warwick some REALLY insane movement speed, 75% if you didn't know. While you have to moving towards an enemy to make it work, making it a little more niche in use, it can add a GOOD bit of range to Warwick's ultimate.
Raptor Cloak and It's Upgrades
While near a turret, Warwick will get bonus movement speed and give his ultimate some decent range. 20% Movement Speed is usually about 70 average, so that's 175 bonus range on Warwick's ultimate while near a turret or Zz'Rot Portal.
Youmuu's Ghost Blade
Same amount as Raptor Cloak, but it can be used anywhere. It also gives Warwick offensive stats, making him all the more deadlier. Not only the active, but also the out of combat movement speed provided can be made use of, making it an item at least worth considering on the werewolf.
don't forget this If he uses it as he is healing he's
teed to not only heal from it, but the person he's ulting. Hit 5 people with with redemption? 50% health healed right there LOL
