Can we add additional punishment for scores like 0-8-0 in ranked?

There's a severe problem if anyone is doing this poorly. Not even a bad game excuses this, especially at Diamond. I shouldn't be losing LP because one player on my team fed beyond recovery.

What to do if someone is "feeding":

  1. Communicate as a team.
  2. Change tactics.
  3. Help them out.

KDA does NOT win or lose a game, teamwork (or lack thereof) DOES. There is always something YOU can do to win, and sometimes it means reaching out to a fellow player. Read the Summoner's Code, because Riot would never implement a KDA penalty like that.

No fuck that. People can get their trash the fuck out. Do you know how hard it is to not manage to grab an assist?

Someone hasn't read the summoner's code.

You're right, I deserve to lose LP because the enemy team has a champion so fed by 10 minutes that it can 1v2 us if I gank.

No, there isn't something I can do to win. I've been Diamond I in every season since divisions were added. I know what I'm talking about. You have no idea.

If the enemy ADC is full build at 28 minutes, the game is done unless they play like retarded chimpanzees. Which they may at your level of play, but they don't at Diamond.

What about ganks? Can't mid and the jungler gank early game and shut them down to reset the lane? Why not do a lane swap midgame? Tell the person feeding to play passively, or give them a tip on how to win trades/avoid taking damage? I mean, maybe they forgot you can interrupt channeled abilities, or you can buy an item to counter certain spells.

I don't appreciate the backhanded insult, but if you're Diamond then you should know how to come back in a game. Even at my elo, where we're all "retarded chimpanzees," I'm still capable of strategic thought and shutting down a fed Riven by using a combination of wards and communication.

You're angry, I get it. But there's always something that can be done in a game, especially to prevent a problem BEFORE it happens. If someone is feeding, maybe another lane can swap with them so they can farm. A well-farmed carry is just as good as a fed one. If someone is feeding, maybe your team should have prevented the feeding after (or even before) the very first death.

And if someone is actually that bad as your mood indicates, then they should be dropping LP consistently and you won't see them anymore if you play at a consistently better level of gameplay.

I wouldn't go that far but the thing is that they were having a hard time due to being 2v1'd all the way back to their inner turret. As the jungler, you should make your presence known and go to their lane to help when they're getting pressured. If you practice warding in some normals, you'll get better at predicting the right timing for when to go help a team mate. Good luck!

Lol Yenn still going at it. I agree but damn man you gotta man up or something.

All this whining over 5 years just looks childish.

Yes I agree. But you should work on your teamwork. These players were trying their hardest to make an easy gank for you and you left them without helping at all. Their score probably would've been bad, but not as bad. If you had helped out by ganking at the appropriate times, they would've gone 0/4/4 instead and had a chance to build better items. And you should practice your warding, as in ward more often.

I think you maybe should take something from this experience about team work and realize that sometimes your team mates need your help instead of you just mindlessly farming jungle camps while they get pushed back to their inner turret.

If someone on your team is 0/8/0 yeah, thats your fault.

You either, didn't lane swap when you should have, didn't gank when you should have, didn't camp a lane when you should have, didn't peel properly, didn't ward properly and all manner of other things that you could of done to keep that player from lagging behind.

Sometimes people get camped, or hard countered, or simply aren't at as good as their opponent. (Take you for instance, that Cass vs. Wukong game tsk, tsk). Doing badly for any number of reasons isn't a crime, and its something that happens to everyone. Everyone gets out played, everyone has good games (and sometimes that person is your opponent), learning to do well, and support your teammates who are doing badly is part of not sucking.
