Blue Essence Chests? ( + Earning Prestige Points )

First of all please don't instantly flame and downvote this. Second of all, could we get Blue Essence Chests? Some of us aren't really the best at the game but would enjoy some skins from time to time. Seeing you can already buy rune pages, which have a BE to RP currency of 590RP = 6300BE, this means: 1 RP = 10.677 BE. Or just 10.7 BE per RP.

The cost of a normal Hextech chest and key bundle is 195RP. Which equates to 2086.5 BE. Rounding up to the hundreds place, that'll be 2100 BE per chest. Knowing how quickly you can accumulate BE, 2100 BE is almost a chest with each level up. So I take the RP to BE price, which is 2100 BE; and add 60% to the cost. So a chest and key bundle would cost 3360 BE.

And as a way for player who want to slowly build up Prestige Points, the Masterwork Chests would also be available for BE purchase. Ideally, since this is a rare chest counting towards a rare skin; the price will be doubled to 6720 BE for a Masterwork Chest to still keep the grind barrier from someone who happens to play a ton.

Along with this, a possibility of earning Prestige Points through gaining S'es on champions you haven't already; like the current chest system. However there would be no cooldown on earning them, however you can't earn them more than once per champion per season.
