Right now, Supports gain way less EXP than the rest of their team, meaning that in long extended games, where Zilean is support, his passive becomes absolutely useless since the rest of his team is level 18 and he's level 14-15. Make it so that if ALL of Zilean's teammates are level 18, his passive exp gain gets added directly to his own pool when it could level him up.
