Jhin questions

I was trying to look up a guide video on jhin from either doublelift or wildturtle and theres not a single one. There are videos of them playing the champ but no actual guide video. So can someone help me out with jhin? I was wondering what kind of build does he do? Does he max Q or W first? Whens the best time to ult? What runes/masteries are best on him? Is he a high skill cap champ or am i just totaly not used to his style of play? He seemed more difficult to me cause im so not used to only having 4 shots then reloading. Thats a style of play im not used to. I never played graves after rework so i didnt get that style from him either. I keep walking up to attack only to realize i have no shots left :(

Start Q, then W, then usually Q again before leveling E. Max Q, then W, then E. Deathfire Touch is the only good mastery on him. I'd show you my masteries except the servers are broken ._. Runes are basically all AD, unless you want to go armor pen on marks, but flat AD is far better.

AD marks Armor seals MR glyphs AD quints

Pretty standard.

The ghostblade/duskblade build on him is utter shit. His crit build (ER->IE->Shiv->PD->Last Whisper evolution) is far better in every regard.

You can ult whenever to pick off low health targets or force zoning for an objective or such. Unused bullets give a CD % refund. They scale with missing health and have a massive slow and give vision, but can be bodyblocked.

The "safest"/general way, no taking into account your team composition, is using 3 Lifesteal Quints, Flat AD Marks & Seals, 7 Armor Glyphs, and 1 Flat AD Glyph. For Masteries its Sorcery, Expose Weakness, Vampirism, Bounty Hunter, Battering Blows, and Deathfire. On the cunning tree its Wanderer, Assassin, Meditation, and Dangerous game.

This setup will allow you to have 10% Lifesteal @ Lv1 with a Dorans Blade. You can much more easily stay in lane until you work up enough gold through farming CS or getting kills.

The first item should either be Infinity Edge or Essence Reaver, the choice depends on whether or not you're particularly good with landing your W shots for long range harass applying Deathfire. Make sure you try to use your 4th shot on a champion, even if it's the support. I have a lot more I could/might add and would be delighted to try to showcase my Jhin play to you through spectate or que'ing with you.
