Please Address the Support Role

I am done having to dodge because I got my secondary role (mid) for the 5th consecutive queue. I used to always main jungle and side support but now if I try that, I get Support virtually every queue. I have to risk getting my third best role to even have a chance at getting my primary role. I'm sure I'm not the only one who realized this and completely removed Support, exasperating the issue further.

The queue seems to give inconsequential weighting to your Primary role over your Secondary role, because which role is more in demand seems to be far more significant than my preferences. Offering incentives and just forcing people to play a role they don't want to are just band-aid fixes.
