What If Janna's Shield Was Split Between AD / AP?

Instead of giving 10 - 40 AD, it would give 5 - 20 AD as well as 5 - 20 AP. This is a pretty heavy nerf to how useful she is to ADCs, while also making her more useful to AP classes as well.

Though it's also possible that this might be a bit too strong on hybrid characters. Would need some testing on that front to see if it would need to be made adaptive instead (though again, that would be an overall buff to Janna when she's still in need of nerfs).

Thoughts?

Making it Adaptive similar to how Gathering Storm/Celerity works can actually be pretty useful.

Eg. If Janna shields an ADC, he gets bonus AD. If Janna shields an AP mid like Malzahar, he gets bonus AP. But of course, the value should be lower than the live value.

or just make it adaptive instead of that so 1 of the stats isnt wasted and up the ap because ad by itself is worth more than ap

would be a buff for an Ezreal adc.

"Too strong" don't think most champions will care about such low values

Well, the amount of AP should certainly not be equal to AD. I can see an adaptive shield happening.

The nerf you're thinking of solves no problems, though. People are frustrated because she peels to well (because assassins sohuld be able to engage 1v5, obviously).
