The only real answer is . Had the displeasure of playing against one that would parry Tibbers! on reaction 100% of the time. She would never use the parry at all until a spell was about to land, never using it when I had Tibbers up early ever. She never once misused the parry on an empty read. As well as using a last-second flash if the parry was on cooldown again with 100% consistency. It wasn't just a matter of godly prediction because the fucker was silver IV clearly abusing a script to try and cheese free wins.

Other dishonorable mentions

Scripting is a pain, too, because her E is impossible to dodge with footwork if it's aimed right at center of target hitbox, even at max range. You need either a dash or some extreme movespeed buff for that.

Although she is not as much pain as Xerath, because she has no inbuilt mana source. But similar otherwise.
