If you're going to respond to me, please respond to my comment directly so I can respond in a timely manner.
I don't exactly see how all of your information adds up to anything; each of those Champions, by some measure, slightly counter Xayah's set-up/execute playstyle with mobility (blinks and dashes). That she's doing well against them is either indicative of the Champion's playerbase (unlikely), or indicative of some other strength in Xayah's kit that allows her to do well against them.
And considering Lucian is one of those weird Champions who always seems to be strong when certain items are in a good spot, it's surprising to hear that Xayah has a 50%~ winrate against him. Why do you think this is? Could it be high sustained damage threat from Deadly Plumage, the poke from Clean Cuts, or even the general safety of Featherstorm?
Hell, perhaps there's other factors I'm ignoring myself - Supports, frequency of ganks, etc., and on top of everything, it does boil down to player skill. Either way, Xayah having a 50%~ winrate against Lucian, Ezreal, and Kalista, Champions who should be fairly good at dodging her Bladecaller at base, doesn't really support your argument that she needs the ability to throw in an auto-attack under Double Daggers.
I was on my phone when I replied, so sorry. Anyways, to respond, Lucian and Ezreal use their dashes to initiate a fight, not to dodge her feathers, and that's likely one of the main reasons she's winning vs them. Especially considering they want to be in your face dealing damage and when you're in a Xayah's face she can pull feathers from basically anywhere and they'll still hit you because they come straight to her. Kalista does a lot of damage but she doesn't build as much attack speed and Xayah and Kalista are fairly similar, so maybe that's why she's winning vs her, or it's just the fact that Kalista chases you down, much like the others where she SHOULD be good against them, though considering Kalista's passive I should think she should win this unless Xayah just does more damage mid-game to her than she does to Xayah, because Xayah isn't exactly a late game champion compared to other ADCs. As for Lucian, he's not top tier anymore. The BORK nerfs put him in an okay spot but he's not tremendous to play, and there's no items that are really strong for him to abuse atm. He's actually losing out against most other ADCs as well, only winning against Corki(like almost everyone), Ezreal(literally every ADC has a significant win rate vs him atm with his highest win rate being vs Ashe at a 47.85% and Xayah is next, so while she IS beating him, she's still beating him in less games than EVERY other ADC except Ashe), Ashe, and Vayne where it's like 50.29%. Every ADC after that he goes downhill against, and again, Xayah's only beating him in like .49% more games. None of the champions Xayah is beating are top tier anymore, and the ones she is beating, she's beating them barely compared to other ADCs who are dumpstering them.
This patch put her on the edge of the garbage bin, and if you've played her since the changes and before the changes, even in practice tool, where I tested her, you should be able to see why. Her Q having a delay on being able to use any attacks makes the ability basically worthless. All of her other attacks either need feathers(and you're not going to just Q>E) or amplify her auto attacks, which she won't be pumping out because her Q takes like almost a second before she can start attacking again. Her damage was fine, and her Q>auto>E was STILL dodgeable even though it was very fast to do, because your Q flies a specific direction, and your autos fire behind the target. This means that if the target moves while being auto attacked, your feathers are no longer lined up for that Q>auto>E to create a root. The Q>auto>E was mainly used as an escape mechanism when someone was jumping in your face. Certain junglers didn't even care if you rooted them, they could just get right back in your face, while others you could escape. Now you will likely die before you can even get a root off. Xayah is supposed to be a champion who kites backwards and does better as she's being chased as opposed to when she's chasing. Now she's not even that good at what she's supposed to excel at. Unless they give her a lot more damage than she currently pumps out, she's going to remain pretty bad unless they give her back that ability. Honestly I didn't even feel like she needed nerfs as any late game ADC would completely destroy her assuming they hit late game, but if she did it would have been to her E imo, not removing an ability that actually allows you to use your E in a decent way.
She was pretty bad if the enemy team made it to late game and had any sort of late game ADC.
