You know how Ryze could be made easier?

#WARNING: This kind of change OBVIOUSLY is intended to come with significant nerfs elsewhere, but isn't the intention with Ryze to reduce the currently too wide gap between experienced an inexperienced players? By making his stacks decay one at a time, instead of having all of them disappear at once. This way, anyone can just build mana and spam Q in the nothingness to constantly be ready, if they're not good enough to prepare quickly their stacks for a particular occasion. Manastacking isn't as good on Ryze as it used to be anyway, so it being forced to build tons of mana for this playstyle shouldn't be too effective damage-wise but just opportunity-wise.

Guys, don't downvote without explaining why you disagree. It's rude and doesn't get anyone anywhere.

I know, but this could be a pretty quickly done thing.

I don't really see why, though.

Ryze's Hypercarry state relies on him being tough to get going, requiring a (pretty minimal) amount of micromanagement is part of that. It gives his enemies a clear window of when he's quite literally about to be a god and when you can duel him with little risk of dying instantly.

Removing that window in order to make him "easier" is unnecesary. You can't really make Ryze easier right now. He's at his skill floor. He's very easy to pick up and play, he's consistently quite hard to master.

I just won an ARAM game as Ryze being 11/2... And I don't even own him...

Not sure about everyone else, but I think he's fine enough...
