Christ on a Cracker, why is everyone bitching about Annie today?
I don't get why there are so many "Nerf Annie" threads today. Is it just all the assassin mains mad that champions who counter them exist or something?

UberAffe3 votesAt least when it comes to wanting a timer on her stun, I think that is mostly coming from bot lane.
She was designed as a mid lane champion and her stun takes that into account. It is meant to give her moments of power where she can choose to engage, but being mid lane she has to use her abilities in order to continue clearing the waves effectively which means she can't just sit on the stun until she has the perfect engage. In the mid lane mage position her keeping the stun up indefinitely just isn't a problem, but because she can keep it up indefinitely she was taken bot lane. Guaranteed cc plus the damage output of a mage and adc is pretty damn appealing but more than a little broken.
Personally I think a timer that lasts longer as the game goes on would be good for her, it wouldn't effect her too much as mid lane or late game, but it would reduce the power of support annie during the laning phase.
