To all the people spamming threads about the new jungle changes being bad.

Seriously, if your problem is that you can't 1v1 the enemy jungler, start at the opposite side and take that Scuttle Crab.

EDIT: - Answer to the commenters -

I have played non-strong junglers, I know they're struggling against things like Graves, Xin, Elise etc. But that was ALWAYS the case. They would always get invaded on and pushed away. Amumu, for example, would always lose any 1v1. I don't see why this is a problem now though. I mean, if you people were ok with this for whatever reason before, I don't see how scuttle can make such a huge difference. It's just something more that you can potentially lose, but that only starts AFTER 4.30 minutes into the game. At that point, the invading jungler will probably have taken your jungle already, and they will just claim a scuttler on top of it. It's only just a little bigger advantage.

If my champion can't duel then the enemy knows that will be my plan, so the enemy team will know where I am because of the scuttle dictation. And when the bonus becomes even greater then the snowball developed by early game benefits will have access to great and better rewards that somebody who needs time to scale and provide for his team in teamfights; resulting in the jungle pool becoming smaller and more specific than before.

I wouldn't expect somebody who plays explicitly only dueling junglers to be comprehensive of this though: http://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=Snowman+arc

I think you are giving your allies and enemies way too much credit. Most people don't even know what the new scuttle changes are.

Honestly, if you're abusing the meta junglers, you shouldn't have a say in this. Try playing some weak early game junglers, and see how many times you get invaded. See how many times your buffs are taken because they know you can't contest scuttle. I'm sure you've done it plenty of times as well.

Why would I wanna play some weak champion though? If I don't enjoy the champion's kit specifically, why would I? Like, why would I play Amumu? I don't like the champion, I consider it useless, and it's just weak as well. I like to play champions that give me agency over the game. That's Graves. And like it or not, those champions were and always will be much better, at least for soloQ.

I said weak early game. There are plenty of champs that have a strong late game, but a weak early game.

If you're abusing Graves for soloQ, that's fine, but you should know that right now it's basically freelo that doesn't reflect your skill. If you climb by just playing champions that are the best in the meta at that time, why are you even playing LoL?

Most people out there want to play new things and champs that appeal to them not just because they are uncontested in the jungle, but because their kit is fun and interesting to them. While Riot has been doing a very bad job of not enforcing metas, that's no excuse to forget about all of the other players who like off-meta picks or just plain don't want to play Graves Warwick XinZhao , and that's why a lot of people don't like this patch. It makes it so that you significantly decrease your chances of winning if you don't adhere to that strictly defined pool of junglers, which is probably close to the smallest it's ever been.

Scuttle isn't even the biggest part of the change that people hate IMO, it's also the fact that the xp from camps was reduced so much, making it so that you HAVE to get scuttle to level fast enough to keep up with the other jungler and laners.

Well, I played Graves since his rework to be a jungler, so it's not like I'm trying to abuse anything. Also, divisions do not reflect anything. You got to Master tier? You are a Master tier player. Doesn't matter what champion you used to get there, excluding of course buggy champions, or bug exploiting. If I play Graves to get to Challenger because he's 55% win rate or something, then I deserve Challenger, because everybody could do the same, if they want to.

At the same time, what about all those games I lost and couldn't climb higher, where I had trolls and AFKs? See how rank doesn't reflect skill? One tricking something busted like Graves to get to high elo isn't the most noble way, but hey, if it makes up for all those games I've lost due to trolls, then I sure as hell will abuse Graves.

Plays graves and says jungle changes aren't bad lmao. It's totally not like graves was already meta and just got buffed by these jungle changes right?

The game didnt have scuttle for more years then it has had it. Scuttle doesnt effect anything other then early ganking pressure and strategic diversity of whether you want rift harold or drake and do you contest for scuttle or just ward. Somewhere along the way about 3 seasons ago everyone forgot this was a strategy game and not a team death match game. The jungler is not supposed to be solo dueling anyone. They should be farming and ganking lanes. the only time you should be solo dueling for something is over an object like... hmmmm scuttle....wait ?????? Did i just answer Everyones complaint with their own justification...

Yeah but like now we have to 1v1 people... Kinda hard when the other jungle doesn't have enough xp to gank and is out of camps. Where do they go? MY JUNGLE. They don't even have to be junglers that are notorious for invading, just any old jungler that can clear faster than me.

The whole reason that we're angry at this 'invading the weak' after apparently not being angry at it before is that instead of Riot making it better, they made it worse. Simply put, if you're borderline ok with something and then somebody goes and has the opportunity to make it better but instead just makes it worse, you're going to be angry.
