More Stars for Soraka (Alternate Reality Ability Kit)

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL REWORK OF ANY KIND BY RIOT GAMES!!! This is just a fun little fan project, I just want to be creative and do it with Soraka's theme, create something a little more fun or exciting (I am bad with describing this type of stuff) for her ability kit.

With that said, if you like or DO NOT like something, then please give feedback and say exactly what that is and then offer your own ideas to help improve the post for the future. Not saying anything does nothing for me, I do not know who you are and can never read your mind, so you need to properly community in a calm and civil manner. Also please be reasonable and do not react with your gut emotions, if something upsets you then think it over twice or thrice and make sure you just did not over react to it, and then share your thoughts on what that it is.

Proper feedback is important for improvements!

Basic Attack Range: 550 units Basic Attacks: Very quick animation of throwing out star bananas of goodness! Emphasis on very quick animation. Movement: 340 units per second

Twinkle, Twinkle (Passive): Max Range: 1000 units; Radius: 100 units Upon casting an ability or summoner spell, or basic attacking an enemy champion or epic monster, causes miniature stars to fall from a floating orb of Star Energy at the mouse cursor's location for the next 2 seconds, following the mouse cursor at a speed of 750 units per second.

Miniature stars fall every 0.25 second, dealing 5 - 15 (+10%AP) magic damage to struck enemies. The same target can only be damaged by one orb of Star Energy at a time.

Star Struck (Q): Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 350 units Soraka charges up for 0.5 second and then blasts the power of a star around her, stunning struck enemies for 1.5 seconds and dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage. If an orb of Star Energy was already in play then Star Struck is cast around that as well.

Wish (W): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana; Range: 2000 units Passive: Allies and Soraka struck by miniature stars are blessed for 0.5 second. Wish heals for 40/80/120/160/200(+100%AP) additional healing against blessed targets.

Active: Soraka prays to the stars, providing the promise of a blessing on the target allied champion or herself after 2.5 seconds delay. During this period the target receives 18/21/24/27/30%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction. Afterwards, the blessing comes to be, healing the target for 20/30/40/50/60(+20%AP) health.

Super Nova (E): Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 65 mana; Range: 350 units Soraka implodes all currently active Star Energy before creating a new one, dealing 60 plus 6/7.5/9/10.5/12%(+1% per 100AP) of struck enemies' max health as magic damage and silencing for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds.

If no Star Energy was in play, then the range is increased to 700 units and is around Soraka, but she becomes stunned for 1 second upon doing so.

Limited Immortality (R): Cooldown: 180/130/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: Global Passive: Orbs of Star Energy movement speed is increased to 800/850/900 units per second.

Active: For the next 7 seconds, Soraka gains infinite range for her Wish and Twinkle, Twinkle. During this time, casting Wish against an allied champion and Soraka herself will refund the cooldown and cost one time for each target. The initial cast of Limited Immortality will refund Wish's current cooldown.

I badly badly badly badly want soraka to be reverted to the form where she could replenish mana

Maybe a brand new support can do that, but for a dedicated healer being able to ignore mana costs is not the best for the game, even if self-cast being removed means you supply infinite mana and health to an ally and should be one or the other.

I want Soraka to require some type of actual thought process and/or some kind of risk and/or trade-off for her powerful utility. Something like my idea above at least adds complexity and skill mechanics to the champion for mastery purposes, without making her hard to play, instead she is encouraged to be in her basic attack range of an enemy champion which should lead to a more healthy play pattern since the healer can actually be reached and killed when played sloppy.

Old Soraka is just as bad or worse than current Soraka, she needs another rework in all honesty and I am 100% confident Riot Games is currently working on the next Soraka rework. So at least stuff like this can give them cool ideas for her inevitable rework. Thoughts cannot be heard (read) if you never share them!

In term of mana giving, that would be cool as an aggressive support, rather see it as a new champion however since it opens up room to do more with it. It would also give energy if the champion uses energy instead of mana. Unfortunately for game balance you need to either have a support give either health or mana/energy, cannot do both since it means there is no point to weakness. Healers get restricted by their mana pool (or health for those that consume health to heal like Mordekaiser) so a mana/energy replenisher would need to be restricted by their health pool, aka if you poke them out then they need to retreat and can no longer keep up their harassing tools, they would still use mana themselves.
