None of his abilities have counterplay except his ult (which is stupidly easy to land) and he makes your towers useless. Everyone's b*tching about how Akali's shroud makes it so towers can't target her. Fizz has an ability with like a 4 sec cooldown (with max cdr) that makes it so NOTHING can touch him (including towers). Yes Akali being immune to towers is stupid, but let's not pretend like Fizz is any healthier. Gut the fish please. Thanks.

Also, Fizz does have counterplay. He is extremely squishy, so he needs his e to stay alive. However, he also has rather low non-ultimate damage. He is an incredibly feast or famine character, that while annoying to face yes, is FAR from being broken or deserving more nerfs than riot already destroyed him with.
If your having trouble facing fizz, perhaps learn more about the champion or pick up one of his many counters like Talon, Galio, or Kayle.

This doesn't discredit my argument. I was a little off with the cd. I remember a time when the cd actually was something like 4.5 secs with max cdr. I guess he's been changed recently and I forgot. What's your point?
