They're called "unique" for a reason.

No. Named Unique passives, and Unique passives/actives from the same items do not stack.

Warden's Mail and Randuin's Omen don't stack as their passives are both named "Cold Steel"

Bami's Cinder, Cinderhulk, and Sunfire don't stack.

The MS from Zeal, Rapid Fire cannon, Statik Shiv, and PD all stack, as they're not named, but the MS from 5 zeals won't stack.
