Azir literally disengages better than Janna.

Azir uses his ult, cannot do anything to disengage for the next 100 seconds. Janna uses her Q, cannot do anything to disengage for the next 10 seconds (unless she has W or R).

Azir has been nerfed into the ground. Twice.

Well, Azir can knock up a target if he dashes in on them. For comparison's sake, Janna can do so, from a great distance and on multiple targets that do not need to be clustered. Janna also has an omnidirectional knockback as opposed to one in a single direction. Granted with the exception that Azir leaves a physical barrier for a time, while Janna does not. That being said, does Azir disengage better, more often, and more reliably than Janna? That's a bit of a stretch. Azir is a zone-control mage, not a peel artist.
