riot has removed so much raw ap from items and veigar's passive is still the same.

Nope, they buffed it. He gets AP for hitting champs now too since the mymu happened.

no his passive is different, veigar's passive used to be :

when minion or champions were killed by Q veigar gains permanent AP,

now this current passive:

veigar gains ap by killing minions/champions with any ability

veigar is harder to play now, and not out of controll, just very and i mean very vulnerable, even more with this lethality meta now :/

Adding to that: he just needs to hit them for stacks (less stacks but still stacks). It's especially busted on ARAM.

Veigar gains a stack of Phenomenal Evil whenever he hits an enemy champion with an ability, and 5 stacks whenever he scores a champion takedown. Veigar gains 1 ability power for every stack of Phenomenal Evil.

yeah stacking is easier, but he has no mobility and his E is hard to hit, in the current state of the game veigar is hard to play and extremely vulnerable.

all you need to do is deny his farm O.O

Your previous post was wrong. Hit an enemy champion with any ability for a stack. A takedown is five stacks. And killing a minion with his q grants a stack. He is the AP version of Nasus.

lol This is all wrong:

His PASSIVE use to be mana regeneration. It was a chalice on steroids when you were low on mana. His Q's passive always gave him 7 ability power when he killed champions, even back before his changes in 5.4.

However, now he just gains AP while hitting people with any of his spells (in addition to q farming and killing people.) That's all that was changed regarding his passive ability.
