Why does Riot even have a PBE if they don't ever listen to feedback?

They had 2 patches to get the Singed changes right, and then didn't listen to any feedback on the PBE and released all their desired changes as is, only to hotfix nerf him within 2 days.

Everyone on the PBE said that reworked Kindred was completely undertuned and now we've seen Kindred buffed for the last 4 patches straight(including the 7.15 buff).

Zac was the same story as singed and Riot didn't listen to any feedback when they buffed him on the PBE and now he's been nerfed every other week.

These are only a few examples of Riot putting things up for testing and then completely ignoring all related feedback. I've had PBE access during all of these patches and these bad changes didn't just become magically apparent once they hit live.

The PBE is mostly for testing bugs and not balance issues. I agree it's kinda dumb, but it's just he way it is.

A lot of bugs still make it through as well though. Rek'Sai's ult being so unreliable and easy to dodge being one of them.

I don't think that was a bug.

My guess is that they do listen somewhat and maybe even prepared the hotfix ahead of time but wanted the data from singed's stats in live first

Tell that to the Zac subreddit that begged Riot to revert his ultimate while he was in the PBE. We were ignored from the moment Zac hit the PBE until now. Still being ignored actually.
