For Morde so I go Resolve, Precision or Sorcery? Also what champs are Precision and Inspiration for? Idk how to make those decisions.

Those salty downvoters (or downvote bot) must have some sort of personal problem with the OP.

DuskDaUmbreon3 votes

They're upset that someone's using the gameplay boards for one of its actually intended purposes instead of just ranting.

People don't like these kinds of threads on the boards because there are at least half a dozen guide-based sites. Kinda petty but I suppose it reduces clutter...

DuskDaUmbreon1 votes

Those guide-based sites are just...articles, though. They don't have anyone actually explaining something, which is what more people need.

It's easier to learn from an actual person than from an article or a video, because neither of those will actually respond in the way you need them to.

This kind of thread is entirely what gameplay boards should be for. Folks who want help from community.

this is 3x better than the majority of the slop gameplay posts

Wait who the fuck is downvoting and why?????? He just asked a question and is the one of the only moderators that are always willing to help on the boards

Someone who's pissy that the gameplay boards were used for an actually intended purpose that isn't just ranting.

Generally morde goes Conq, however Aftershock is also great on him, as for the inspiration and stuff, inspiration works on most all champions, biscuits are very useful, and the boots are amazingly useful on champions that rush a first item (usually stuff like ADCs, which overall lack mobility, the boots helps with that), precision is a scaling rune set, stuff like alacrity. It works great on early game champions so they can scale later into the game.

great ty. so its not like written in stone, there could be multiple runes that work with a champ? Also is aftershock under Sorcery?

aftershock is under resolve

conqueror is taken 93.5% of games with a 51.9% win rate

Aftershock is resolve, and no! Runes are not set in stone! All the time I try out different combinations on Ivern, dont let yourself feel like you have to be confined to one rune page just because its "meta", play what you like how you like.

Zlera1 votes

An example of this would be like Fiora or Camille, they can take stuff like Conqueror, Resolve, or Inspiration for their mains rune page, and any combination of stuff for their secondary, no one rune page is set in stone for a champion! If you have any questions for a champion you like, you can always join the insert champion name here mains reddit, and or discord server (Each individual champions main discord server can be found through the lol discord server (invite code: discord.gg/lol))

I figured it out. Thanks again!

I find taking Grasp and Shield Bash to be hella fucking fun on Morde.

Build up that shield meter then pull 'em in! Bonk em with that P H A T shield bash and grasp proc.

And building tank doesn't stop you from taking Rylai's since it helps you stack HP too :) which IMO is a core item on him no matter what. adding a 20% slow on his passive is just TOO. GOOD. to not build.

I go Conqueror, Triumph, Alacrity, and Cut down, with the healing runes in Domination, or Shield Bash and Revitalize/Overgrowth in Resolve.

Thanks for yalls help. Mordekaiser is one of my favorite champions so I am looking to improve with him. :D

your preferred keystones should be Conqueror (tanks/bruisers), Fleet Footwork (ranged opponents), or Phase Rush. Best second pages come down to preference but generally I prefer to take Domination for Ravenous Hunter and either Taste of Blood or the poro wards.

Resolve is viable as either and is probably what You should take in bad matchups.

Thank you. At this moment I am using the basic runes that are pre-set and given for free. I know I will need to make customized runes eventually, but considering Ill need several of each rune type because of champ variety, ill focus on improving at stuff like farming and builds before i make my own runes.
