So far, every other mage champ is getting Mana compensation buffs except Karthus and Annie...

I don't know if I missed anyone else but I'm kinda miffed about it since I'm a Karthus main. (sorry Annie Players, but I don't really care :P ) even XERATH is getting mana buffs and he has a better mana regen ability than karthus's E passive so why can't Karthus get any mana buffs?

On top of that, Karthus STILL hasn't gotten any sort of new skin since his FNATIC skin (Last year Worlds)(yes, I know about his croma for his reaper, but that's not my point). That, and his Q is still slightly visually bugged (during passive, Q'ing outside his range shows a fake Q on the cursor that only Karthus players can see.)

Because of karthus's spammable Q spell? if he got good buff to his mana regen he ll be too oppressive. Annie has a full refund on kills with her Q so she doesn't really need it.

Cassio and Malz also got left out. There may be others. A common theme is mana refunds.

Annie doesn't need shit. She's borderline problematic. As for Karthus, he commonly builds mana and regen items so I mean... build better?

NP for annie, she never had mana problems with Doran's and Q

Maybe they want Karthus to rely more on his E for mana sustain
