Riot ruined my life... the Ahri buffs were'nt necessary just as I thought

The Ahri buffs that she got from patch 5.2... got her winrate to 57% in just ONE day after the patch... and Im also seeing her getting permabanned in ranked now... I just knew this would happen but nope you guys refused to believe that it would make her Op.. but instead think shes gonna be weak from that...

before she got the buffs just because of the "DFG removal" her popularity back then was high still while its banrate was climbing.. even without the 20% amp damage she dealt a lot from her Q with the buffs she gotten from patch 4.12.. I play Ahri a lot

But at the same time.. Im grateful about the movement speed they have added in to her kit which was, that had made her more fun and not always ult reliant when escaping or running, without her ult a captured fox is a dead fox, but the buffs on her W and E werent necessary...

Riot took away my Old awesome Ahri splash art since release

and now they are taking her away from me in ranked...

AHri is preety much uselss esp low MMRs without the speed buff to q. The change is new so give it time people will understand.

BTW new splash is indeed bad. Make it look like she using controled substances (whatever RuneTerra has). Perhaps all that sex stuff got to her.

Okay firstly, she was always a strong pick against immobile midlaners like Syndra or Xerath.

Furthermore, I agree with you, added movespeed on Q really made her a lot less reliant on ulti to survive. As long as the Ahri wards properly around mid-lane and keeps an eye out for ganks, you are pretty much always guaranteed a strong mid-game and safe laning. This is different than other midlaners who are less mobile.

Anyone who says you can't assassinate with new Ahri doesn't know what they are talking about - you can still 100 to 0 someone with Spirit Rush -> Charm -> Foxfire -> Orb combo.

Personally, I like hew new splash. It suggests that Ahri is more of a nogitsune than a normal more benevolent zenko (good foxes). There is also a legend where if the fox eats 1000 (!) men's livers, they will become human. Furthermore, charming/deceiving and "Essence Theft" are clearly the marks of an evil character as opposed to a benevolent one.

WEll... there is a difference between "evil" and "drunk"....
