Why Lucian gets to remain relevant at every single stage of the game even tho he is a lane dominator?

Why does he get to never fall off?

Considering he is in every fucking game its not rare to see him feed his monkey ass off and still remain perfectly relevant and duel other people. Not to mention the fucktarded amount of mobility his kit has.

But w/e i guess he is an ADc we only nerf adc's after they completely break the game. I heard Rengar has 45% winrate we should nerf him more.

IMO His Itemization is just too strong. He is just able to build an item to help address each weakness. Sure he still is 500 range, but bortk and cleaver just makes him too strong of a duelist.
