I just lost lane to a Silver Tahm Kench who missed 90% of abilities. How is this not hot fix worthy?
It only takes a single hit from his tongue and you're guaranteed dead. Meanwhile, I can't punish him for missing. I quite literally ran out of mana before he ran out of health. His mana costs are also non-existent, so he's free to spam until he eventually lands something.
Explaining this away with 'no late game' isn't possible, because he also stops you from reaching your late game.
What the actual fuck is the balance team doing?
