Stop attempting to justify teemo support, he has no cc at all so he cant peel for shit against assassins. He is extremely gold reliant in a gold starved role, and he is completely outclassed by lulu, who actually has good utility and cc. If I see you attempt to pick teemo support, I will dodge unless it is my promos. If it is my promos and you have the audacity to pick teemo support, I will report you for intentional feeding, regardless of your kda.

If pick any adc other than tristana, caitlyn, ezreal, Cori. Any safer adc.. In the assassin meta. No one. Not Even a real support... Can save your ass.

Teemo support does well because not only does he have blind. His shrooms can prolong a game for a comeback. As well as provide global peel. He has a lot of presence even in a gold starved role if built right.
I like building zzrot for more anti push. It works well with his kit.
Teemo was actually originally created to be support.
Really high scaling on shrooms so not building ap didn't matter.
But his kit didn't age well.
