Balance Changes for Duskblade and Luden's?
These two items seem like the base build up no matter who you play.

duskblade was a horrible idea. it empowers champions that already have the advantage
IT'S OVERLOADED.
55 Attack Damage
10 CDR
Bonus Damage coming out of stealth.
Lethality.
AND allows you to find and destroy hidden wards and sometimes traps.
90 AP.
10 CDR.
600 Mana.
Gains an additional 10 CDR.
Burst passive.
It's not like "Stacking this item is broken." No, these items are starting items; have way too much in just one item and kills the gameplay. It was champions with a early or late advantage, now it's just who builds this first wins lane / fights.
I saw previous Morellomicon much more balanced even.
100 Ability Power 400 Mana 20 CDR Enemy takedown gives 20% maximum mana back Dealing damage to enemies below 35% health reduces healing.
Was it broken? Did mages almost have no counterplay because of it? YES. But they didn't have so much mana and bonus damage.
The 10 more AP vs the 10% AP burst passive? Yeah, Luden's is still overpowered in regards.
If we nerf those 2, maybe nerf IE and frostfang too :)
You conveniently forgot the bot-lane and what their core items are
Oh IE is balanced as it is now, in my opinion. Now my real problem is giving ADCs a sustain tool. Phantom Dancer shield is disgusting.
Spellthief should not grant any AP until it turns into Frostfang. It should be a spell-slinging support item but not a damage enhancer.
Maybe change the passive to:
Each ability hit lowers ability CD by 1.5%.
And Frostfang:
Each ability hit lowers ability CD by 2%.
And Eye of the Watchers:
Each ability hit lowers ability CD by 2% and trinket cooldown by 5%.
If we nerf those 2, maybe nerf IE and frostfang too :)

Ie and frostfang are already balanced being expensive.
Duskblade is 2900 gold. And may as well say, “you one Hit any squishy champion. “
Ludens is also cheaper than ie. And says “don’t worry about hitting your spells, just hit a minion and chunk the enemy laner for 1/4th of their hp.”
Infinity is 112% cost efficient without the passive........ "expensive"

Gold effective does not effect gold price. It is 3400 gold. That means it’s the last “core item” to come into the game by average means. Other than triforce. Triforce is super gold efficient. So that means that 3733 gold for itnis just cheap right? :/
97% gold efficient without it's passives. 15% less than IE a less expensive item :)
So, it would be a buff to make IE grant 50 AD instead and cost 2800 right?

Yes. That would actually be a huge buff. XD
