The "J4 Ult" can be destroyed and has a delay and isn't targeted and doesn't deal damage and doesn't give any mobility. It creates a circle of terrain and the similarities stop there. Call me a fool if Yorick's W deals 200-400 (+150% bonus AD) physical damage in it's area when he hits the PBE.

Also, not sure what you mean by improved Morde ult.
