Movespeed on jungle items

Anyone else think this ought to be equalized? If it's so strong on runic echoes that it's crowding out other choices, maybe that just tells us something about the stats junglers need most. I say we put 5% on all jungle item upgrades and balance around it. Anyone else?

You see, this is the reason why they wanted it on the AP item. A lot of mages, (who may want to Jungle) are fairly immobile to begin with.

But if Tanks want to trade the Health stacking, for the MS on Echo's. (And probably a little ineffecientcy on the AP as well) That perfectly fine, unless it becomes oppressive. Yet I don't see such picks crowding out Lee sin, or any of the devouring Junglers.

yeah but the AP mages who actually jungle aren't that immobile at all. Worst case, Diana, doesn't have free mobility (nor does Elise, but she gets around well anyway), but she can still make a good escape post-6 if she can jump over to a camp. It's not bad for giving off-meta picks a chance to survive, but it didn't really introduce anybody new to the jungle, either.

I wouldn't mind trading something for movespeed, but in all honesty Cinderhulk is a pretty mediocre item right now. I find myself building Runic on a good handful of my tank picks at the moment.

I think the problem with Cinderhulk is that it's doesn't have a real defined spike in power. Riot nerfed it's HP scaling, because they were convinced that it shouldn't compete against Devourer with the late game curve. But the power of Runic Echo spikes real early because it's damage is mostly base. Cinderhulk is somewhere in between.

If you make the arguments for an AP Bruiser. (Champs like Gragas.) Runic Echo's should be the choice if you want to have Mix damage and defense, while Cinderhulk, should be about hyper scaling on Health. If this didn't fit the bill, it would mean that yes, Cinderhulk is too weak. Or that HP is not unique enough to Cinderhulk Junglers. (Many Junglers now take Strength of ages)
