Fishbones useless now :(

Dumb attackspeed nerf makes it imposible to make good use of fishbones. It is so gimped now, jinx already ahs the lowest attackspeed, the animation isn't exactly quick and smooth either. Now with the nerf you literally root yourself for 0,5 second upon using it making the range advantage void. The dps on single targets was already lower, it was only good on clustered opponts.

With overall less attackspeed available you now need 3 attackspeed items to make the use of fishbones bearable

Pay 20 mana to root yourself in place for 0,5 seconds doesn't seem all that usefull to me. Especially since your already immobile in league of mobility.

Its too much, Jinx fishbones is no longer a usable ability. It already had issues with not dealing any dmg sometimes or rockets dissapearing mid flight which already made it incosistant compared to powpow but now with the attackspeed nerf on the slow animation makes it impossible to use properly.
