HERE'S THE DEAL!

Ingenous Hunter = 40% Item Active CDR (10% + 6% per stack for a max of 5 stacks) Celestial Insight = 5% Item Active CDR Ruby Sightstone = 20% Item Active CDR

This equals out to 65% Item Active CDR, meaning that Zz'Rot Portal has a 42 second cool down. The implications are enormous. If you have two people on the same team running this, there can be 6 Zz'Rot Portals out at once. Three, and 9 can be. Four and 12. Five and 15. I have never seen a more obnoxious strategy be possible with so little cost into your build and masteries. This... this is what I live for.

If people start actually using this, especially considering the nerf to resistances, then you're going to see that being changed to a one per team item.

It's so cheesy at so little cost to your normal build, especially if you are a Support.

I took this into the practice tool with Heimer. Was very excited, but unfortunately the cooldown is attached to the active, like read the tooltip, and it won't lower.

It does actually get lowered, I've been playing with it all today. The tooltip doesn't go down, but when you cast it the cool down is lowered.
