Look at Sudden Impact before Katarina again
Out of fear of Kat being gutted if she remains a strong contender, do please take a look at the power offered from Sudden Impact before hitting her with a second nerf.

It's a mix of factors though, her kit is extremely strong in the right hands, nobody knows how to play against her anymore because she's so rare. I honestly miss the old Kat. I understand why this one had to happen, but sacrificing playerbase for the sake of balance has never sit right for me
ValyrianBlade1 votesTo contribute to this, i consistently have more damage from sudden impact than i do from predator keystone, when playing hecarim jungle. And i buy boots first back. Whether I'm 12/1/7 or 2/7/1 i always seem to notice sudden impact has contributed more damage.
