change to taric please update riot

i like to play as taric he is the supp and top laner i like to use. but riot has stated they are working on him and, to me the thing that is weak on him at the moment is that his ult needs to be different. the aoe small stat buff is next to useless i mean sure if you rush zekes harold its not bad because of the increased ad to 55 at max lvls. but they either need to ge trid of the allies gettign half bonus in favor of the whole bonus that taric would get or they make it a aoe knockup which would help him and make him have more cc. or a aoe enemy debuff added to what his ult does now normally but make the enemy team have decreased stats to about 60% to what tarics self buff, if riots was gracious the whole amount.
