IP Party Boosts

I love this idea. It gets players to invite others and make new friends in this game. It also allows you to gain more IP. However, even though it could give 16x more IP it was very rare for it to occur. Even for 8x more ip from a game. It's honestly too hard to get 6300 IP for one champion or enough IP to fill your two rune pages. Honestly a true fix to this would be either to lower the cost of champions or to greatly increase the amount of IP given per solo queue game. Or make the boosts from the party thing greater and higher occuring. However the boost that you get from the party booster won't affect how much bonus IP you get from first win of the day. That will still be the same.

TL;DR Lower champion cost, increase amount of IP given, or make the party boosts higher and have the higher ones occur more often because it takes too long to get 6300 IP.
