What's the counter play to Trynd 100 to 0'ing a turret before he dies, including 2 seconds of CC?

Is this real? The only thing that made split pushing okay in the past was the fact that you could defend the turret and stop the split pusher from killing it.

Right now, Tryndamere just ignores you and takes full health turrets unless you send 2 people with CC to stop him.

Wave clear...if there are no minions, he is less likely to succeed.

Frozen heart helps too, slowing his attack speed

An outer turret has 3000 HP, 0 armor. Trynd with 250 AD and 1.5 attack speed can take it in the time it takes you to get him low + his ult time. To get those stats, Trynd only has to have ~6000 gold or so.

I propose another solution...don't try and stop, make him regret splitting off...siege down mid lane and initiate a fight and make Trynd either leave his team hanging and split push and force his team to fight undermanned or make him leave the split push and join mid. Sometimes it's better to trade objectives than to try and stop an objective from happening

Sure you can siege but depending on how fed the opponents are, it might not matter. The 5v4, especially early game when no one has items is risky because the tower still hits for alot. You have to waveclear. Your tanks aren't actually tanky yet. They can hold you off and kill your carries even if you wipe them. Meanwhile, a Trynd with just Shiv, BF sword, Pickaxe, dagger and boots can take both your top lane turrets and threaten your inhib turret in the time it takes you to set up a teamfight.

Respectfully, if all Trynd has is Shiv, BF Sword, Pickaxe and Boots, he shouldn't be able to take your towers if you are defending. Further builds, I'll give ya but that build, no. If that were the case and he could siege the entire top lane with an item and a half, I think we would see him be a contested pick in competitive play. Not only is he not contested, I have never seen him banned or picked in a professional game. I know we can't judge all levels off of the pros but if there were a champ with unstoppable split push after an item and a half, he would see play.

that was then, this is now. The towers are now butter while he gets his items way faster than before. There are no pro games going on right now.

The reason i'm enjoying this pre-season is because i'm only playing tryndamere. Its fun to watch the world burn.

Ban him until the mastery gets properly nerfed.
