Because, anyone, I mean anyone that's played a champion in 1000 consecutive games is able to climb the ladder. They just lack the patience.

I feel that you shouldn't be telling other players how much they suck regardless if you're a one trick pony or not.

Anyone that's played a thousand games is miles ahead of a lot of players by default I feel. Patience or one trick or not, there's nothing spectacular you're pointing out here.

That isn't even possible from what I remember. The highest you could get was like Gold 1 from first time placements

It doesn't matter if there are (not that I think there are any). You can see clearly that the amount of downvotes fair outweighs the upvotes.
