Since a ban wave is going out on a lot of scripters, I have a question

Would putting your attack move click on the left click of your mouse considered scripting? Since I don't have to click A and then left click, it's just one fluid click to attack move.

The act of Scripting is using a third party program-typically to predict human behavior-in order to place an unfair advantage in the players hands. Sometimes it's really hard to tell a Scripter from an extremely skilled player because at times it almost seems like they predict your actions-both dodging them and making skillshots that seem impossible to dodge. Sometimes someone is playing particularly well, but Scripting is something else all-together.

In your case, you simply remapped hotkeys. Considering this is a legitimate part of the game and doesn't affect gameplay to place an unfair advantage at your disposal, it's perfectly fine and you have nothing to worry about.

No most players remap hotkeys in some way or form it's allowed. Scripting is when you use a program that makes it possible to do things that humans aren't capable of doing. The most common one is dodge scripts that make your character move out of the way of skillshots perfectly unless it's impossible to do so. Another popular one that used to be popular was with Xerath and a few other mages that would make it almost impossible to miss your skillshots. It's pretty easy to tell when someone is using this one if they are consistently hitting skillshots perfectly even when you flash or sidestep or use abilities to dodge.
