Inverse QoL for Katarina?

Proposal [New]: If Katarina actives her ultimate with no enemies nearby, her ultimate will still activate (She would spin in a circle doing nothing the way she does if she ults and everyone leaves the radius).

Justification It's stupid she can walk around going R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R>R in the hopes of detecting an invisible champion. There's NO WAY they intended for it to be an anti-stealth mechanic and it's not a very healthy interaction, in my humble opinion. She should have to use a sweeper/pink like everyone else.

This is just a braindead way of countering, and it shouldn't impact SKILLED Katarina players at all. It would simply be removing a crutch.

I don't even have to get into the "Is she too powerful?" debate. This is just a silly interaction to exist in a skill-based competitive game.

Let's be honest, people don't pick Katarina to counter stealth champions, it's just annoying that she can by using such a low effort, low skill method.

It would be a waste of an ult to walk around hitting R looking for an Eve or something, I have never seen anyone do this or have never done this myself so i don't think its much of a problem.

Also if they are in her ult range, a champ like eve would be in range to be unstealthed anyways.
