Fastest way to level up a new account?

Spanked eGirl··1 votes·962 views

I made this account a while back and decided to get it up to level 30 finally, I know they made it so you level up faster but whats the fastest way to gain exp? Right now Im just playing Gangplank and rolling down lanes and getting tons of gold but its still 15-20 minute games

IIRC Riot has a way of identifying accounts that are smurfs and puts them into the same games.

Ah, I will have to see then. Because the few PVP matches Ive done so far...it was cruel.
