What do you want from Galio's rework?
The purpose of this topic is mainly to gather ideas not necessarily to debate which ones are good or bad. That said feel free to discuss but keep the main idea in mind.
I feel that a gargoyle which is a guardian made of stone should display some form of physicality in his actions. For example, give his melee attacks bonus magic damage that scales with his magic resist, giving him a slight extra kick when forced to get up close and personal during his bulwark. This would turn his magic resist conversion to AP into more than just a stat check and would effect combat in a much more direct and interactive way. The only con I see with this type of change would be opening up options for nashor's tooth and lich bane which are not exactly suitable options for someone like Galio who is not meant to be an assassin.
Widen the hit box on his righteous gust and turn it into a continual damage over time effect that leaves a larger movement speed trail, this way people aren't forced to follow in a single file line, which steps on the toes of the ability's purpose.
I personally love his ultimate, I just think it could use some cast time touch ups, and should be able to be cleansed but not interrupted, this way he doesn't get fucked over because there happens to be a Braum or Udyr on the team.
His bulwark and Q are fine in my opinion, though they could probably use some touch-ups here or there.
