tell me again why hecarim is considered balanced?
i didnt know buildig triforce and full tank means you should 1 shott the adc. didnt know unlimited mobility came with that as well.

3TWarrior1 voteshecarim doesn't 1-shot, he just has sources of both sustained and burst damage. if he ults and charges in, he does a lot of burst damage for a tank, then his Q and autos deal sustained damage and allow him to heal. he's not that bad, but he is tanky and has high move speed
Erockandroll1 votesconsidering that the Glass canons a glass canon, they could be one shot by just about anyone with at least one damage item.
Also, Tri force is a pretty good item if your only building one item because it's spell blade proc triples your base damage (and only your base damage.)
