Hey look its the problem that I forsaw with the BotRK rework

That people told me was a good thing. BotRK was not made for ADCs. It was made for on hit carries. It is supposed to help people like and more that don't focus on crits for the most part. The fact that people thought it was an ADC item when only was known for building it and abusing it is beyond me.

So now you are going to gutted the crutch item of champs because you fucked up and can't fix the problem. Just undo the rework. It was fine before it and didn't need to be given to the ADCs which have some of the best offensive itemization against tanks and squishies in the game. It is meant to give non crit ADCs a way to deal with tanks instead of just making them irrelevant.
