I had to play against that in one game and I was a newbie at the time and holy shit was that frustrating. It was so fucking awful because I had no idea what was even going on or why it was doing so much damage and she didn't have mana and the AoE was disgusting so it was really, really terrible to play against.

because they're older champions and it's to make baron buff stronger for the ap it gives when they get it.

Just a precision here : why are they targeting her only AP ratio to nerf her? It doesn't impact SR games.
